Job description

Role Overview :

As a UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and seamless experiences.

You will be involved in the entire design process, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.

You will work closely with product managers and developers to ensure our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and technically feasible.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
  • Translate user research and business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and technical constraints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a UI / UX Designer in a digital product environment.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Experience in creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with A / B testing and design-led development methodologies
