[15h Left] Order Operations & Customer Coordinator

Purpose : Move every order from “placed” to “delivered,” and keep customers and vendors in the loop.

Duties :

• Enter Shopify orders into QuickBooks
• Decide Stock vs. Dropship (or split).
• Stock orders : print pick ticket / label, send to warehouse, upload tracking to Shopify, mark fulfilled.
• Dropship orders : place PO with vendor, confirm ETA, capture and upload tracking to Shopify
• Communicate with customers to handle : Backorders, returns and refunds.
• Handle inquiries about availability by checking stock

Success looks like : same‑day ordering and tracking, clear statuses, quick replies, accurate ETAs, smooth returns.
