Order Operations & Customer Coordinator

Purpose :

Move every order from “placed” to “delivered,” and keep customers and vendors in the loop.

Duties :

Enter Shopify orders into QuickBooks

Decide Stock vs. Dropship (or split).

Stock orders : print pick ticket / label, send to warehouse, upload tracking to Shopify, mark fulfilled.

Dropship orders : place PO with vendor, confirm ETA, capture and upload tracking to Shopify

Communicate with customers to handle : Backorders, returns and refunds.

Handle inquiries about availability by checking stock
