Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Chandigarh, India. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, managing digital advertising platforms, analyzing campaign data to optimize performance, and developing strategies to maximize ROI. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with branding and marketing goals, as well as staying on top of industry trends to ensure campaign innovation and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performance advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimization techniques
• Skills in creating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement
• Experience with data analysis, campaign optimization, and ROI tracking
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and related platforms
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Prior experience in digital fundraising, CSR campaigns, or startup growth is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
