Performance Marketing Specialist

About The Role

We're looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist who can help us scale ShiLives' e-commerce growth through smart, ethical, and cost-effective campaigns. You'll be responsible for running ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimizing for sales conversions, CAC reduction, and retargeting funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), and TikTok Ads.
• Develop A / B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and ROAS.
• Work with design / content team to ensure brand consistency across ads and funnels.
• Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and deliver weekly reports on metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Build retargeting strategies to re-engage high-intent visitors and cart abandoners.
• Suggest and implement growth experiments (influencer-boosted ads, lead magnets, lookalike audiences, etc.).
• Collaborate with the social media and website teams to align paid and organic growth strategies.
