Job Title : Performance Marketing and Media Buyer (Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist) Company : Wire Monster (Digital Marketing Agency) Location : Mohali (Work from Office) Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month (base pay) + performance incentives Responsibilities : Plan, execute & optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (mandatory) Manage and scale ad spend efficiently while maintaining ROI & CPA goals Create and test ad angles, hooks, and creatives to identify high-performing content Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce video ads, UGC content, and ad variations Analyze performance data, audience insights, and trends to guide campaign decisions Manage campaigns across Google Ads (preferred) and platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, and YouTube (a plus) Perform regular A / B testing and creative testing to optimize CTRs and conversions Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes Work with both Indian and international clients, managing campaigns across diverse markets We will provide you with courses and constant learning to stay updated in the market Requirements : Proven experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Solid understanding of media buying principles, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies Experience handling large-scale ad budgets and performance tracking Working knowledge of Google Ads and other paid platforms is a plus Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) Eye for creative strategy and testing (what works, what doesn’t, and why) Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, and D2C campaigns Excellent communication and collaboration skills Perks : Competitive salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month (base pay) + performance incentives Work on global client projects across multiple industries Exposure to advanced media buying strategies and tools Opportunity for career growth in a results-driven, creative digital agency Be part of a fast-growing team at the cutting edge of digital marketing
