Role : Sr. Paid Media Executive

Location : Marol, Mumbai

What will you do?

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and manage full-funnel performance marketing strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
  • Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and keyword analysis to refine targeting.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and video content that align with campaign objectives.
  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking and attribution through tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and pixels.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities to improve KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segments to drive growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes affecting campaign performance.
  • Support in scaling new channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat, or programmatic platforms as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media campaign management.
  • Proven experience in running high-performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools : Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Ads Reporting, Excel / Sheets.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, event setup, and audience segmentation.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
