We're looking for warm, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join HATO as Client Advisors. This is your chance to work with a luxury diamond ring brand, guide clients through an intimate and personalized buying experience, and be part of a brand built on craftsmanship, storytelling, and timeless style.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement & Styling : Assist clients in discovering the perfect ring or jewellery piece, offering thoughtful styling advice and sharing the story behind each design.
• Luxury Experience Delivery : Ensure every client interaction feels exclusive, memorable, and in line with HATO's high standards of hospitality.
• Product Presentation : Maintain immaculate displays that reflect our brand's elegance and attention to detail.
• After-Sales Care : Guide clients through sizing, customization, maintenance, and long-term care of their jewellery.
• Store Ambience & Process : Maintain a refined, welcoming, and organized store environment at all times.
