• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (5+ years)
• Customer Engagement Modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Project Service)
• Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom API Development
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
• C# with Strong OOP and Domain-Driven Design
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps
• CRM Implementation Experience (34 full-cycle Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel (Voice / Telephony integration)
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
