Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 (Sales) Developer to lead the planning, design, and implementation of a new Dynamics 365 Sales instance. This role will focus on optimizing CRM architecture from the ground up, developing custom components, and ensuring seamless integrations to support sales operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical expert, ensuring the CRM system is robust, scalable, and aligned with business Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and customization of Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Develop custom components including plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Implement third-party integrations with platforms such as SharePoint, Power BI, and internal systems.
- Define, streamline, and optimize sales processes within Dynamics 365 for maximum efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership on best practices in CRM customization, environment management, and performance optimization.
- Manage data migration, security roles, and access control.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal IT Skills & Experience :
- 4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Sales development and implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics 365 SDK for plugins and workflows.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Proven experience designing and delivering CRM solutions for complex / multi-entity organizations.
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for integrations.
- Experience in data migration, environment setup, and security role management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
