Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify technical needs and implement strategic solutions.
• Design and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse integration.
• Create and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and portal customizations to enhance system capabilities.
• Utilize Azure services for seamless system integration, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, SSRS reports, and CRM analytics for comprehensive data visualization.
• Employ tools like Ribbon Workbench, CRM REST Builder, and Azure Boards to optimize the development process.
