Role Responsibilities
- Conduct functional analysis, gather requirements, and document business processes
- Provide client training, product demonstrations, and technical support on Ambit ALM / ADI
- Log and manage customer issues via Salesforce, ensuring SLA-based resolutions
- Collaborate with PS and development teams for issue resolution and solution design
