Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM – CT) with over 4 years of experience in driving new business opportunities and expanding global business partnerships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies that support growth on both domestic and international fronts. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills, who can deliver measurable business outcomes in a highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development :
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential clients and partners.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Global Business Development :
  • Drive international expansion by identifying global markets, industry verticals, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for entry and growth in new global regions.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client value and outcomes.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth :
  • Own and achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely deal conversion.
  • Collaboration & Strategy :
  • Work closely with leadership to define and refine global business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Provide feedback on market demands and opportunities to influence product / service roadmaps.
  • Reporting & Analysis :
  • Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales effectiveness and market penetration.
  • Stay updated with international trade regulations, compliance, and local business practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development, with strong exposure to new business acquisition and global business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets .
  • Strong knowledge of international business environments, global sales cycles, and market entry strategies .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Comfortable working with cross-border teams and clients across different time zones.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms.

  • Prior experience in consulting, corporate solutions, or technology business development .
  • Proven track record in scaling international business operations .
  • Multilingual skills and exposure to diverse cultural environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and target-driven environment .
