About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate from IIM who combines strategic

thinking with execution excellence. You will work directly with leadership to identify new

opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Growth

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities in line with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to shape GTM Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and create long-term partnerships to maximize revenue & Revenue Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end business development cycle : prospecting, pitching, closure, and post-sales handover.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, driving measurable business Collaboration
  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to co-create solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product roadmap and & Representation
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales Skills & Competencies
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and close high-value deals.
