About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate from IIM who combines strategic
thinking with execution excellence. You will work directly with leadership to identify new
opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to shape GTM Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and create long-term partnerships to maximize revenue & Revenue Ownership
- Own the end-to-end business development cycle : prospecting, pitching, closure, and post-sales handover.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, driving measurable business Collaboration
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to co-create solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product roadmap and & Representation
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales Skills & Competencies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics, financial modeling, and forecasting.
