About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industry trends to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, industry, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
