Work Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare clients, specifically targeting doctors and medical professionals across the USA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads within the healthcare industry, focusing on doctors and medical practices.
- Direct Presentations : Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos to explain products, services, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Follow-ups : Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up calls, emails, and CRM updates to convert prospects into clients.
- Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful account setup.
- Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion efficiency.
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in healthcare or related sectors).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.Qualifications
