Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation Research and identify potential business clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Relationship Building Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations. Conduct regular check-ins, provide ongoing support, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Sales Process Management Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Prepare compelling proposals, deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and address client objections. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and product development to ensure seamless client experience.
- Performance & Reporting Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system. Provide regular reporting to sales management on territory performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales quotas. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM software and sales tools. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience in finance industry is a plus. Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and solution-based selling approaches.
