About the Role
Vitrina is the global platform connecting the Film & TV ecosystem. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, Client Success & Partnerships Executive to join our team.
This role sits at the intersection of client servicing and campaign execution . You'll work directly with production houses, studios, distributors, and vendors to help them find the right partners, unlock global opportunities, and run outreach campaigns that deliver measurable results.
It's an ideal position for someone who thrives on managing multiple accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and executing high-quality outreach campaigns with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Success
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring briefs translate into actionable outreach strategies.
- Maintain structured, proactive follow-ups to keep clients informed and supported.
- Anticipate client needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns align with their goals.
Target Profiling & Lead Generation
Use Vitrina and external tools to identify relevant companies and executives across the entertainment supply chain.Map and qualify senior decision-makers in Content Acquisition, Production, Sales, and Development.Enrich and validate lead data to ensure high-quality outreach.Campaign Planning & Execution
Craft tailored email outreach sequences that resonate with senior entertainment executives.Manage campaigns using Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Oversee deliverability : warm-up, bounce control, inbox rotation, and list hygiene.Monitor and optimize performance with A / B testing and engagement insights.Reporting & Communication
Deliver weekly reports to clients : engagement metrics, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline created.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share campaign insights and refine strategies.Keep detailed records of outreach activities, feedback, and follow-ups.Continuous Improvement
Share campaign learnings with the team to enhance messaging and targeting.Work cross-functionally to refine ideal customer profiles and project-market fit.Requirements
2–5 years in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, Outreach, or Growth / Ops roles (ideally in entertainment, SaaS, or B2B agencies).Strong client-facing skills : confident communicator and relationship-driven.Excellent writing ability with proven experience crafting cold emails to senior executives.Hands-on experience with outreach / CRM tools (Lemlist, HubSpot, Mailshake, etc.).Structured thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.Passion for the global Media & Entertainment industry, especially Film & TV.Nice to Have
Experience at or working with production companies, studios, agencies, or entertainment vendors.Familiarity with co-productions, content sales, or media partnerships.Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.Why Vitrina
