Qualifications and Skills
Experience : 3–5 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role at a digital marketing agency, managing multiple client accounts and campaigns.Digital Marketing Knowledge : Solid understanding of key digital marketing channels and services (performance / PPC marketing, SEO, social media, branding, web design / development, etc.) and how to leverage them to drive client results.Analytics Proficiency : Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Business Suite, SEO tools), with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and client relationship-building abilities; able to convey campaign plans and performance results to clients clearly and confidently.Organization & Coordination : Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-output, fast-paced environment, along with a proven capacity to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.Proactive Ownership : Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for client success; able to take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.Adaptability : Versatility to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities and client needs; comfortable working in a small-team environment where flexibility and a hands-on approach are valuedTo proceed further, kindly share your updated resume on [HIDDEN TEXT] or can whatsapp on 7719594751.
