Job descriptionWork towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals. Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure hiring deadlines are met. Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for smooth onboarding processes. Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment data, and reports for review. Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Liaise with team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms. Goal-oriented and capable of managing time effectively. Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and hiring processes. High adaptability and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks. Cell phone reimbursement Bachelor's (Required) Bengali (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities : 1. Bulk Hiring :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring project through the ATS.
- Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process over call.
