Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients / customers.
  • Explain company products, services, or offers to customers.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM.
  • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling / lead targets.

Requirements :

  • Education : Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience : 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
  • Skills :
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
  • Positive attitude and convincing ability.
  • Team player with good listening skills.

    Pay : ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
