Job Responsibilities and Duties.

• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain positive and productive customer relationships by ensuring all interactions are respectful and helpful.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Responds to client concerns
• Maintains customer relations and satisfaction
