Job descriptionConduct outbound calls to potential customers for promoting solar products and services. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions. Convert leads into successful sales through follow-ups and effective communication. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates. Coordinate with field sales and technical teams as needed. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
We are hiring Telesales Executives for Noida location. Below are the requirements that we are looking for :
Requirements :
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, specifically in the solar industry.
- Must be currently based in Noida.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical solar products in simple terms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of solar systems and their benefits is preferred.
