Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers to inform them about our products and services, answering their queries, and addressing customer complaints. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, and communicating with customers to understand their needs and preferences. The Telecaller should be able to identify opportunities for sales and retain customer trust.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Customer Service and Relationship Building skills.
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree is a plus.
