About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated AGM – Sales (Closing Team Lead) to head our Closing Managers' team across luxury residential projects in South Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep experience in luxury real estate sales, and a proven track record in driving high-value deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Closing Managers across multiple premium projects.
- Drive sales performance through structured KPIs, team mentoring, and process improvements.
- Handle marquee clients and HNI / NRI buyers with personalized consultation and relationship management.
- Oversee the full sales closing process—from client engagement to booking, documentation, and payment milestones.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor team performance, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams for seamless operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and sales trackers for leadership review.
- Track competitor activities and market trends within the South Mumbai luxury real estate segment.
- Provide actionable insights and strategies to optimize pricing, offers, and sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.12–15 years of experience in residential real estate sales with 3+ years in a leadership role.Expertise in luxury real estate, closing operations, and high-ticket deal management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation.Strong understanding of buyer psychology and market dynamics in the luxury housing segment.Why Join Us
