[Urgent] US Sales Associate

Job description

Client Engagement :

Contact and engage with potential US clients via calls, emails, and chat to promote Vizva's services and products.

Lead Generation :

Proactively identify and reach out to new business opportunities in the US market.

Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Solution Presentation :

Understand client requirements and present customized solutions that align with Vizva's IT and staffing services.

Sales Target Achievement :

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

CRM Management :

Document and manage all sales activities and client information accurately using CRM tools.

Collaboration :

Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Customer Service :

Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve client queries.
