- Previous experience in corporate relations, B2B sales, or recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups.
- Must have own Laptop.
Responsibilities :
Identify and engage with companies for partnership and hiring opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.Understand company hiring needs and align them with suitable candidates.Coordinate interviews and placement processes between companies and candidates.Document interactions and maintain records in CRM and Google Sheets.Follow up with companies to ensure a smooth hiring process.Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.Show more
