Prior experience in placing B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech students is essential. Strong industry connections with HRs, CTOs, engineering managers, and tech recruiters to drive student placements. Familiarity with technology hiring trends, coding assessments, and campus recruitment processes .
The Tech Placement Team plays a pivotal role in driving career opportunities for Sunstone students in the technology domain. The team is structured regionally, with members based in various locations. Each region is divided into clusters, and each cluster comprises multiple campuses.
About the Role
- Contribute to and execute the annual operating plan to achieve tech placement targets within the assigned cluster and its campuses.
- Ensure successful student placements in software development, data science, product, analytics, and other tech-related roles across different programs and campuses.
- Oversee and manage tech hiring partnerships across campuses within the cluster.
- Address and resolve operational challenges and team concerns to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes.
- Establish and maintain best practices for technical recruitment processes , leveraging data-driven decision-making systems within the cluster.
- Drive corporate engagement initiatives with IT services, product companies, startups, and emerging tech firms to expand placement opportunities.
- Ensure top tech employers (including NSE 500 and leading product companies) recruit talent from Sunstone.
