Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Manufacturing Blocks which are assigned
• To increase the productivity to optimize the cost and increase the volumes, increase efficiency of all the resources.
• Review of daily production quality, safety, environment and customer order and take corrective action for non-compliance if any.
• To implement and maintain Quality system and continually improve its effectiveness.
• To ensure sufficient objective are given to the people and they are reviewed timely to achieve on time.
• To ensure training to production personal on SOP's, documentations and others cGMP compliance.
• To review the technology transfer document received from R&D and ensuring the assimilation of the same by the production personnel for the through implementation of the new products / technologies in the plant.
• To plan and execute manufacturing activities as per schedule and budget by optimum utilization of plant capacity.
• To ensure the sustainable quality production with optimum utilization of plant capacity.
• To co-ordinate with other supporting departments like Engineering, Purchase, SCM & Quality to run smoothly the manufacturing blocks.
• To ensure the compliance of the blocks.
• To ensure grooming of discipline workforce and staff to meet the plan growth charts.
• To develop different innovative practice to increase productivities and up gradation of work culture at site.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) / B.E. or B.Tech. (Chemical) / B.Sc. Tech

Experience

Tenure : 18 to 20 yrs experience in API manufacturing Units
