JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for CNC process optimization and execution.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

• CNC Machining : Plastic components, multi-axis operations
• Controllers : Fanuc, Siemens
• Machine Settings & Optimization : Tool offsets, spindle speed, feed rate tuning
• Probing Capability : On-machine probing for part alignment and in-process inspection
• Macro Programming : Custom G-code macros for automation and error-proofing
• Process Improvement : Cycle time reduction, lean manufacturing, Kaizen
• Quality Tools : Cp / Cpk analysis, SPC, FMEA
• Software : UGNX CAD / CAM, AutoCAD, MS Excel, Minitab
