Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development : Execute the sales plan and achieve assigned sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market reach and customer base.
- Customer Relations : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service.
- MIS & Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, customer information, and reports (Management Information Systems). Ensure all sales and customer interactions are properly documented for tracking and analysis.
- Team Development : Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet sales goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
