Key Deliverables :

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice and non-voice processes (email / chat).
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Adhere to all company and contact center policies.
  • Perform all assigned tasks promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Interface with customers, clients, and vendors; escalate concerns as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance job performance and customer service skills.
  • Perform duties as assigned by management and attend scheduled shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and customers to resolve queries.
