Senior Associate, Production Support

Job description

• Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines
• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders
• Provide level 2 / 3 application support
• Field incoming incident tickets from end users to resolve application issues
• Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues
• Work with onsite / regional teams across multiple technologies / applications
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Actively participate in Production issues calls
• Having banking domain functional experience
• Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization
• Requirements
• Between 7 to 12 years experience, preferably in financial services industry
• PL / SQL knowledge is mandatory, MySQL will also be preferred
• Unix : Shell Script, Windows, Linux
• Java : Core Java 8, Spring batch, Rest API, Hibernate, SOAP, SVN / Maven, JMeter, BPMN, Rule Engine, R, Python
• Web Container : Jboss
• Min knowledge on Devops Skills Required.
• HTML 5, Angular JS, JavaScript, XML, JSON
• Development and testing tool
• Tuning SQL queries to improve the performance is a bonus point
