Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support – Voice Process
- Strong customer service orientation and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle technical queries related to hardware, software, or network issues
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if applicable)
- Proficiency in using support tools like remote desktop, ticketing systems, etc. (preferred)
- Educational Qualification : Any graduate (technical background preferred)
