Zinnia - Software Engineer II - Peoplesoft

Who You Are :

We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Technical Consultant with 1015 years of experience in Peoplesoft development, customization, and integration.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end technical design and development, collaborating with functional teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of Peoplesoft projects.

This role requires working during US business hours to align with our clients and stakeholders.

What Youll Do :

• Design, develop, and customize Peoplesoft applications to meet business.
• Work on PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, and SQR / BI.
• Handle Peoplesoft upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and convertbthem into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize PeopleCode, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Manage system interfaces, integrations (SOAP / REST APIs, third-party tools), and security aspects.
• Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
