Job Description

Architect and develop scalable microservices for the MLOps platform using Python and

FastAPI.

  • Build event-driven systems with Apache Kafka and AWS SQS to support ML

workflows.

  • Design and optimize ML model serving pipelines for production environments.
  • Deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS to ensure scalability and performance of the

    • MLOps platform.

  • Mentor junior engineers and champion code quality, testing, and CI / CD practices.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to streamline and enhance model deployment workflows.
  • Lead technical strategy and architecture decisions for the MLOps platform.

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python.
  • Expertise in :

    • o Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

    o AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS).

    o Apache Kafka and message queuing systems.

    o ML model serving and deployment pipelines.

    o RESTful APIs, microservices, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.
  • Preferred :

    • o Experience with ML model optimization and real-time prediction systems.

    o Familiarity with AgTech or similar domains.

    o Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

    Preferred Skills and Focus Areas

  • ML Operations : Building and leading MLOps platforms, including model serving

    • pipelines, versioning, A / B testing, and performance monitoring.

    Message Queuing : Apache Kafka for high-throughput streaming and AWS SQS for

    cloud-native queuing.

  • Cloud Architecture : Designing distributed systems, scalable microservices, and event-

    • driven architectures for MLOps.

  • Familiarity with real-time prediction systems and infrastructure as code (Terraform,

    • CloudFormation).

  • Knowledge of AgTech or related industries
