About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and high-performing B2B Sales professional with 2–6 years of experience in space selling, event sales, exhibitions, or conferences . The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling exhibition space, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to corporate clients while driving strong revenue growth for our events portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners across relevant industry sectors.
  • Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and conference participation opportunities to B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, industry associations, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales meetings, product pitches, and solution-based presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal drafting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful exhibitor onboarding and event execution.
  • Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to maximize event value.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, revenue forecasts, and CRM data.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of proven experience in space selling, event sales, exhibitions, or conference sponsorship sales .
  • Strong track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of event industry dynamics, exhibition formats, and sponsor expectations.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or related field preferred.
