Job Title : Sales & Marketing Executive

We at Techsofya are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our global footprint, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence through effective marketing initiatives.
Role Overview :
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting marketing campaigns across regions. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, digital marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (India, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia).
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, capability presentations, and client pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Techsofya’s services and solutions.Create engaging marketing content, case studies, and digital materials in coordination with the design and content teams.Manage and optimize company presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Conduct market research to analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.Coordinate participation in webinars, technology events, and industry expos.Collaboration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management review.Work closely with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, HR) to align business goals.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience : 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the IT / technology sector.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and digital marketing fundamentals.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.Why Join Techsofya :
