Role Description

The Telemarketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, Perumbakkam. The primary responsibilities include conducting lead generation, managing customer interactions via phone or email, and providing effective customer service and support. The role involves identifying potential sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records of customer communications, and ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales skills to successfully identify and qualify potential clients.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support experience to resolve inquiries and ensure handling demo for positive client experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional client interactions.
• Ability to meet sales targets and adapt to dynamic customer requirements.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, and fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
