Job Description
SF LMS Application Technical Support Engineer | Experience – 7+ years
- Managed E2E implementation projects for LMS Module
- Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Sound knowledge in Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.
- Experience with the integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM ECC standard integrations & master data
- Good to have integration experience with respective SF core modules
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions related to application integration
- Collaborate strongly with (technical / functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF-LMS capabilities.
- Supports live applications on a rotating basis to quickly resolve DevOps issues
- Gathers and validates change requests and bug-fix requirements
- Supports governance forums to ensure tickets are resolved on time and sends reminders when needed
- Defect root cause analysis and remediation
- Production support (rotational schedule)
- Working with geographically distributed teams
- Supporting Pre Sales Activities for Learning Mngt Solutions

Occasionally assists in testing of new application functions, releases and facilitates the promotion of new features / functionalities among user communityHelps in the creation & update of knowledge documentation specific to the processes and functional areas within the H2R domainStrong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.Qualifications and Requirements

Strong design and development skills using SAP Cloud Platform IntegrationProven experience with SF LMS, including data migration, and integrationsExpertise in SuccessFactors LMS reporting is mandatory.Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrationsGood Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies
