Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and S / 4HANA implementation.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end functional knowledge in warehouse operations, inbound / outbound processes, and hands-on experience with RF devices and warehouse automation solutions such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and deliver SAP EWM implementations and support projects within S / 4HANA environments.
  • Design, configure, and test inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes including putaway, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
  • Integrate and support RF (Radio Frequency) solutions for warehouse operations.
  • Work on warehouse automation integration including AGVs, conveyors, and robotics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and design solutions.
  • Provide functional expertise during system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and deliver training to end-users.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP EWM functional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of S / 4HANA EWM implementation projects.
  • Expertise in Inbound, Outbound, and Cross-docking processes.
  • Practical experience with RF framework (setup, configuration, and usage).
  • Experience with AGVs / warehouse automation integration preferred.
  • Understanding of Warehouse Control Units (WCU), Yard Management, and Labor Management is a plus.
  • Ability to work with ABAP developers for enhancements and custom solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to SAP TM (Transportation Management) integration with EWM.
  • Knowledge of Material Flow System (MFS).
  • Experience in global implementations or rollouts
