Primary Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Creative Director in inventing and developing new ideas for marketing messages and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze industry trends, track new data, and stay current with changes in the advertising landscape.
- Make key decisions on final copy, art direction, and finished commercials to ensure they align with the creative vision.
- Collaborate with the team on pitches and presentations, ensuring the creative ideas are clearly communicated to clients.
- Lead the creative process and mandate for the Bangalore office, working closely with Ganesh Kamath (ED-South).
- Develop, execute, and oversee creative strategies for various advertising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on print.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of TVCs (Television Commercials) as part of the creative process.
Candidate Profile :
Proven experience in leading creative campaigns, particularly in print.Strong understanding of digital media and how it integrates into larger marketing strategies.A robust portfolio showcasing a range of work across categories, with a focus on print.TVC portfolio will be a significant advantage.Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, ensuring creative ideas are executed to perfection.A visionary thinker, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.Skills Required
