As ACD Copy, youll be the driving force behind big ideas and powerful words.
Youll lead creative ideation, mentor copy teams, collaborate with art, design, and strategy partners, and ensure that every piece of communication not only looks good but works hard for the brand.
Key Research & Insights
- Interpret client briefs to create communication aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to uncover insights.
- Translate strategic thinking into compelling campaign narratives.
Creative Conceptualization & Content Development
Lead ideation sessions to deliver integrated campaign ideas.Craft persuasive content across formats : ads, scripts, articles, social media, emailers, banners, search ads.Build storytelling-led strategies for pitches, influencer campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.Campaign & Client Collaboration
Partner with art, design, strategy, client servicing, and video teams for seamless execution.Confidently present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.Play a key role in new business pitches and brand narratives.Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and inspire copywriters at various levels.Provide constructive feedback and ensure creative excellence.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.Content Optimization & Trends
Adapt messaging for diverse audiences, platforms, and goals.Stay ahead of digital, cultural, and social trends to keep ideas fresh.Uphold the highest standards of grammar, clarity, and creativity.Requirements & & Expertise
7 - 10+ years in advertising, brand communication, or digital / mainline agencies.Strong track record in conceptual copywriting and integrated campaigns.Industry exposure across domains; BFSI experience is a plus.Expertise in digital-first campaigns, social content, scriptwriting, influencer marketing.Language & Communication :
Exceptional written and verbal skills in English & Hindi.Ability to tailor messaging for diverse markets.Leadership & Skills :
