    • In this role you will :

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand client objectives, target audience insights, and project requirements.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative copy solutions that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives across various digital channels, including social media, websites, email, and advertising.
  • Ensure that all copy produced is good quality copy, adheres to brand voice and tone guidelines, and effectively communicates key messages to the intended audience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and copywriting, and share insights with the team to inspire innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, develop integrated campaigns, and solve creative challenges.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Need to be proactive and adept at crafting engaging social media monthly content calendars and copies.
  • Need to be full of ideas and curiosity to explore creative and quirky ways to approach mundane tasks with enthusiasm.

    • You have :

  • A flair for language and a knack for producing new, original ideas.
  • Proven experience in copywriting and creating monthly content calendars, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment for at least 8+ years.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy that drives engagement and action.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media trends, content marketing, and user experience best practices.
  • Candidates should include clickable Behance / work links in their resume.
