Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispute Management Executive to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in handling chargebacks, and related reconciliation processes. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to ensure timely resolution of disputes while maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
What we look for
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in handling debit / credit card disputes, chargebacks, or reconciliation
processes in the BFSI or Payments industry.
Strong understanding of RBI guidelines, VISA / MasterCard dispute processes, and chargeback cycles.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.What you will do
Handle end-to-end management of disputes raised by customers or partner banks.Review and validate transaction details, supporting documents, and chargeback claims.Coordinate with internal teams (such as Settlement, Reconciliation, and Risk) and externalstakeholders (Banks, Payment Gateways, and Merchants) for dispute resolution.
Ensure adherence to dispute TATs (Turnaround Times) and compliance requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all disputes for audit and MIS reporting purposes.Analyse dispute trends and suggest process improvements to reduce dispute occurrence andresolution time.
Support in preparing periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management review.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and follow data protection norms.
