Role Overview

As a Senior UI / UX Designer, you’ll be leading design projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You’ll mentor junior designers, lead design discussions, and play a crucial role in shaping our design standards and systems. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders like product and engineering teams to deliver design solutions that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design

• Lead end-to-end UI / UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product rollout.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives.
