Senior Product Manager - UX / UI Design

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Manager / Senior UI / UX Designer to lead product experience design from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing exceptional user experiences, aligning business goals with innovative product solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the product design lifecycle from research, wireframes, and prototypes to final high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing UI / UX solutions that enhance customer engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistent product :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in product management and UI / UX design.
• Proven portfolio of successful web and mobile product designs.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals for effective developer collaboration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management Skills :
• Experience in eCommerce or SaaS product design.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) for data-driven design improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
