Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 2-4 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products. A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively. Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems). Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications. Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro. Experience designing for healthcare or B2B enterprise applications. Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable components. About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Excellence : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
- User Insights : Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
- Research-Driven Approach : Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
- Consistency in Design : Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
- Accessibility & Responsiveness : Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
