Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions. This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes, including AI and Copilot tools.

What will you need to be successful in this role

• Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs, and developers.
• Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
• Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
• Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines.
• Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.
