HR Manager – Talent Acquisition (Fashion D2C)

Location : Nangloi, New Delhi

Experience : 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, primarily in marketing and related functions.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Ensure smooth and timely hiring processes with strong stakeholder coordination.
Maintain recruitment reports and performance metrics.

Requirements :

4+ years of relevant experience in hiring within the fashion / D2C / e-commerce domain.

Strong track record in marketing and leadership hiring.

Excellent multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

High sense of ownership, accountability, and speed.
